722.9 Conductor Plate Repair Service
ATTENTION! As of 10/10/2011 we are suspending repair and return services on transmission conductor plates until further notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or your customers. Please refrain from sending in conductor plates without first calling to see if the status of this part has changed. We will update the website if or when this changes.
Mercedes-Benz is currently blocking the sale of conductor plates and valve bodies to independent repair shops. This puts us all in a tough spot! They require that the owner of the vehicle take the car to the dealership and have them do the diagnosis and repair. Contact MBUSA to express your concerns on this matter:
